We charge a flat $175/hr for standard repair work, plus $3/mile (to and from your location). Estimates are available on request. Additional worn or damaged parts discovered during inspection may affect the final total — we'll always communicate before proceeding.

Standard rates apply when repair work is scheduled at least 3 business days in advance. For same-day, weekend, or holiday service, our emergency rate is $325/hr. Equipment breakdowns don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do we. We typically stick to our standard rates whenever possible — some exceptions apply.

We accept check, debit, and major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Yes — new customers are asked for a 25% deposit at scheduling, payable by debit or credit card. Returning customers are billed upon job completion.

We do not bill until work is completed, so refunds are not issued. We warranty our work, so if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Yes. We service all major brands including Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Volvo, Hitachi, Case, Terex, Bomag, Ditch Witch, Vermeer, Kubota, JCB, Ingersoll Rand, Kobelco, Dynapac, Sakai, and many more. If it runs on a job site, we've likely worked on it.

We operate throughout Central Texas including San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Boerne, San Marcos, Seguin, Spring Branch, Houston, and surrounding communities. Mileage is $3/mile to and from your location.

We stand behind the work we perform and the parts we supply. However, our warranty applies specifically to the repairs completed — it does not extend to cover additional parts or labor that may be required after work has begun. Once a repair is underway, worn or damaged components that were not visible or evident during the initial inspection may be discovered. These findings cannot be anticipated in an estimate and will be communicated to you before we proceed. Parts prices are also subject to change without notice.

Sometimes a customer needs their machine back in service quickly and chooses a temporary "patch" repair rather than a full replacement. We are happy to accommodate that — but patch or temporary repairs are not covered under warranty. A patch fix is intended solely to keep the machine operational in the short term. We recommend following up with a full repair as soon as your schedule allows.
