About the Role

You'll operate from a fully-equipped service truck, traveling to customer job sites across the San Antonio metro and surrounding Texas communities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex equipment involving mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Assess equipment honestly and develop a clear plan of action before beginning work
• Communicate repair cause and correction directly with customers on-site
• Maintain professionalism and a clean, organized service truck at all times
• Complete accurate time, mileage, and machine documentation records

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic, preferably in the field
• Must provide own tools and know how to use them safely and effectively
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical problems and execute successful repairs
• Dependable — on time, every shift
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• High safety consciousness and clear understanding of equipment safety protocols

Physical Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 lbs
• Work in confined spaces as required by the machine being serviced
• Walk and stand for the majority of the workday
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
